Mitchell of MG Commercial sells 2,700 s/f office condo unit
Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate sold a 2,700 s/f office condo unit located at 123 Dyer St. , The Hay Building.
The buyer was Rumple LLC and the seller was William Erklauer. Mitchell was the exclusive broker in the $325,000 transaction.
