Mitchell of MG Commercial sells 10,730 s/f office building - $350,000: 169 George St. sold to Broadway St. Holdings, Inc.
Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of 169 George St.
The former headquarters of Home & Hospice of Rhode Island, Mitchell represented seller to Broadway Street Holdings, Inc.
The building will serve as the headquarters for the construction of the new Pawtucket River Bridge.
The sale price was $350,000.
