Mitchell of MG Commercial completes sale of 4,000 s/f
Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of a 4,000 s/f class A office condominium in the Summit Office Park. The buyer, John Harnett will relocate his law firm, Lovett Schefrin Harnett from Providence to his new Warwick office.
Mitchell represented the seller and developer of the Summit Office Park, Michael Integlia & Company in the transaction, and brought John Harnett to the property.
