Mitchell of MG Commercial completes $3,331,800 apartment portfolio

Leeds Mitchell IV, of MG Commercial recently completed the sales of a 68-unit scattered site apartment portfolio totaling $3,331,800. Mitchell was the exclusive representative for the seller, Armory Revival Properties in the transactions. Kalmus Properties, represented by Tom Sullivan of Commercial Realty Advisors, purchased 1596-1600 Westminster, 20 Hudson, 119 Wood St. and 99 Melrose, all located on the West Side of Providence. ALGAB Realty, LLC, represented by Rani Johnson of Divine Investments, purchased 820 Park Ave. and 7-9 Richard St. in Cranston and Bambolina Properties, LLC purchased 387 Broadway, Providence.
