Mitchell of MG Commercial brokers 2 subleases-6,035 s/f
Leeds Mitchell, IV of MG Commercial Real Estate has completed two subleases. The first sublease in One Financial Plaza for 3,335 s/f, Mitchell represented the current tenant, Bank of America (BOA), while Andrew Galvin of CBRE-NE represented the subtenant Minimax.
For the second transaction Mitchell represented the tenant BG North America, LLC in the sublease of their 2,700 s/f office space in 30 Kennedy Plaza to Scott & Bush, Ltd.
