Mitchell and Surprenant of MG Commercial. sell 16,000 s/f industrial/warehouse
Leeds Mitchell IV and Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial Real Estate have sold a 16,000 s/f industrial building at 11 Powder Hill Rd. in the North Central Business Park.
Advanced Business Machines was the buyer and the property will serve as its new sales and warehouse facility. The property was previously the home of List Perfect.
The sale price was $1.185 million.
