Mills and Howard of U.S. Properties broker $3.75m sale of 50,000 s/f bldg.

David Mills and Susan Howard of U. S. Properties, Inc. sold 11 Stott Ave. Howard represented the seller and Mills represented the buyer. Backus Hospital bought the 50,000 s/f building, sitting on 7.6 acres of land, which had been in foreclosure from People's United Bank of Bridgeport for $3.75 million. Backus Hospital will use the building to employ over 100 people for a health record project which will create a common health record system for physicians throughout the region.
