Colliers Dow & Condon and Reno Props. Group broker $1.075m sale
Jim Stanulis of Colliers Dow & Condon and Michael Gallon of Reno Properties Group recently brokered the sale of 60 Avon Meadow Lane, a 15,000 s/f office building. Stanulis represented the seller, Ward Properties of Avon, and Gallon the buyer, Carbray Properties in the $1.075 million sale.
According to Stanulis and Gallon, the investment sale was facilitated through a uniquely structured purchase money mortgage, crafted by the seller's counsel, MacDermid, Reynolds & Glissman, PC in cooperation with the buyer's counsel, O'Connell, Flaherty & Attmore, LLC. The multi tenant office building is fully leased to six companies and will be home to Carbray Staunton Financial Partners, LLC, the buyer's operating business.
