Micallef of Olympus Group sells 4,580 s/f office condo - $1 million
Gregory Micallef, broker principal of Olympus Group Real Estate sold a 4,580 s/f class A office condo at the Metro East complex at 117 Metro Center Blvd. to Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. for $1.005 million.
The office space was completely designed and built-out by M. Integlia & Co., Inc.
