Meyers of Paramount Partners negotiates sale of two parcels
Deborah Meyers of Paramount Partners, LLC negotiated the sale of two commercial parcels. 32 Nelson St. was purchased in January for $1.35 million by NL Real Estate Trust. Meyers and Coldwell Banker represented both the buyer and the seller on this transaction. This parcel directly abuts Nelson Park with views of Plymouth Harbor.
The second transaction was the sale of 49 Obery St., directly across from the entrance to Jordan Hospital's main entrance, the Plymouth Country Registry of Deeds and the Plymouth County Courthouse. The 1.09 acre piece of land sold for $750,000 and will be used for the development of office and medical condos. Meyers represented both buyer and seller in this transaction.
