Milford, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker, Colonial Properties, Inc. negotiated a lease at 70 Turnpike Sq. 

Fred Messore, senior vice president at Colonial Properties, represented the landlord, Milford Associates, in negotiating a five-year lease with Ameritel of Milford.  The 980 s/f retail space was previously a Metro PCS cell phone store, and will continue operations as such. 

The attorney representing Milford Associates was Paul Petigrow Esq. of N.J.; the tenant’s attorney was Laura Pasternek from Gibbon, Anthony and Flaherty LLP.
