Dover, NH Catie Medeiros of The Kane Company has fully leased the commercial space in a mixed-used building. The building located at 44 Portland Ave. was constructed in 2015 and Medeiros transacted all of the commercial leasing for the landlord.
44 Portland Ave. is located off Central Ave. consisting of 7,216 s/f first floor commercial space. Tenants include: The Flower Room, Dover Pilates, Beauty on the Run, iBody Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Chris Keeley Photography, Glitter for Breakfast Nail Bar, All the Buzz Fashion and S.J. Cantwell Construction.
