McWeeney of WS Development signs Aldi to 20,075 s/f

According to WS Development, Aldi has leased 20,075 s/f at Stateline Shopping Center as its first New Hampshire location. Anchored by a newly opened Lowe's, Stateline Shopping Center is located on Rte. 28, just over the Massachusetts border. A leader in the grocery retailing industry since 1976, Aldi sells more than 1,400 of the most frequently purchased grocery and household items in a simple and easy-to-navigate shopping environment. Its philosophy of concentrating purchasing power and streamlining operations is designed to save its customers money. "We believe Aldi is an ideal addition to the center, and that we've added a new dimension of convenience and cost savings for our customers," said Lori McWeeney, director of leasing for WS Development. Aldi joins Lowe's, Sovereign Bank and NAMCO at the recently redeveloped 232,000 s/f shopping center.
