McWeeney of WS Development leases 40,000 s/f at Lisbon Landing

According to WS Development, Dick's Sporting Goods has signed on at Lisbon Landing, located on Rte. 12. Dick's will occupy an approximately 40,000 s/f store which will be located next to O'Neil Cinemas' Lisbon Landing Cinema 12. "This is a strong market for Dick's. They'll have great visibility from I-395 and will be surrounded by a number of high-performing tenants," said Lori McWeeney, director of leasing, WS Development. "We're thrilled to bring Dick's Sporting Goods to Lisbon Landing." At 560,000 s/f, Lisbon Landing is one of the region's largest open-air shopping centers and serves Eastern Connecticut and the I-395 corridor. In addition to the cinema, the center is anchored by The Home Depot, Kohl's, and Walmart Supercenter.
