McMahon and Ginsberg of Summit Realty Partners lease 26,000 s/f to Altitude Trampoline Park at Horace Mann Plaza

Franklin, MA Summit Realty Partners negotiated a recent lease signing on behalf of Franklin Shoppers Fair, Inc. a Massachusetts-based shopping center landlord. Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg represented the landlord in the transaction.

 

 

Altitude Trampoline Park has executed a 26,000 s/f lease at the Horace Mann Plaza shopping center. Altitude is an indoor trampoline park that offers activities for individuals of all ages. Locations include a variety of equipment such as trampolines, foam pits, rock-climbing walls and more. Altitude will join several existing businesses at Horace Mann Plaza including Shaw’s Supermarket, Aubuchon Hardware, Kumon and more. 

Horace Mann Plaza is a 175,000 s/f grocery-anchored shopping center located in the eastern portion of Franklin, at the intersection of Rte. 140 and Chestnut St.
