McMahon and Ginsberg of Summit Realty represents Restore in five leases

Lexington, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed five new retail lease transactions for Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty Partners represented the tenant in these transactions.

These transactions included:

• 2,610 s/f at Market Street in Lynnfield, MA;

• 2,970 s/f at 28 South River Rd. in Bedford, NH;

• 2,400 s/f at Portsmouth Green in Portsmouth, NH;

• 3,459 s/f at Durgin Square in Portsmouth, NH; and

• 2,197 s/f at Garden City Center in Cranston, RI.

Three of the five leases are in shopping centers that are anchored by Whole Foods. The other two locations are prominent and visible locations in great markets.

Restore Hyper Wellness offers services that include local and whole-body cryotherapy, IV therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, and much more.
