McMahon and Ginsberg of Summit Realty Partners handle 7,000 s/f lease

Franklin, MA Pet Supplies Plus has executed a 7,000 s/f lease and opened a new store at Horace Mann Plaza shopping center. 

Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty Partners represented the landlord in the transaction. Bialow Real Estate represented the tenant.

Pet Supplies Plus is a national pet supply retailer and the third largest specialty pet food retailer in the US. Pet Supplies Plus will join several existing businesses at Horace Mann Plaza including Shaw’s Supermarket, Altitude Trampoline, Aubuchon Hardware, Dollar Tree, Big Lots, Kumon and more. 

Horace Mann Plaza is a premier 175,000 s/f grocery-anchored shopping center located in the eastern portion of town at the intersection of Rte. 140 and Chestnut St. This property offers a diverse tenant roster of both national and regional retailers.
