McLaughry Commercial leases 1,200 s/f to Abby's Closet
According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, Abby's Closet, a children's and maternity clothing and equipment retail store has leased 1,200 s/f at 433 Miracle Mile on the highly visible Rte. 4 next to Flanders and Patch Ford dealership.
The new store, scheduled to open in late June after minor renovations, is owned and operated by Katie and Brian Chase. The store is named after their daughter.
Abby's Closet provide new and juried used equipment and clothing for infants to toddlers and maternity accessories.
Katie Chase said, "This is not a consignment store. We will purchase new and quality selected pre-owned goods for sale at affordable prices for the market."
Abby's Closet will join other successful businesses, such as C.B. Sullivan, Valley Imaging Awards and Just Paradise.
McLaughry Commercial represents the building owner, ACJC, Inc., and assisted the tenant with the lease.
McLaughry Commercial has been assisting the Upper Valley commercial real estate needs for over 40 years with its principal office in West Lebanon.
