McLaughlin joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group
Bill McLaughlin, Cushman & WakefieldBoston, MA Cushman & Wakefield Boston has recruited industry veteran Bill McLaughlin as an executive director in the Valuation & Advisory Group. McLaughlin will head the Valuation & Advisory Group’s retail practice for the New England region.
“Bill brings a wealth of commercial, industrial and residential valuation experience to our team,” said Rob Skinner, senior managing director of the Valuation & Advisory Group. “We are thrilled to have him join the team and we look forward to working with him and his clients leveraging the 25 years of knowledge he has accumulated in this profession.”
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, McLaughlin was a partner with the firm of Joseph J. Blake & Associates, Inc. He is experienced in the valuation of various types of commercial, industrial and residential properties, in both vacant and income-producing capacities.
“I’m looking forward to leading the retail practice of the Valuation & Advisory Group,” McLaughlin said.
