McKinnon of Grossman Companies leases 1,500 s/f office space at Braintree Exec. Pk.

According to Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc. of Quincy, the law firm of Smeloff & Benner has signed a lease for 1,500 s/f of office space at Braintree Executive Park, 100 Grossman Dr. McKinnon handled all negotiations related to the transaction. Smeloff & Benner is a full-service law practice with special focus on bankruptcy / debt relief. Braintree Executive Park, adjacent to K-Mart Plaza off Rte. 3, consists of mirror-image twin first class office buildings at 100 and 150 Grossman Dr. Each four-story brick building has approximately 62,000 s/f of first class office space with a host of amenities. "Tenants appreciate being in a suburban campus setting, yet just 10 miles from Boston," McKinnon said, "Among other tenants are Galileo Press, University of Phoenix, Quadgraphics, Trend Micro and Great American Insurance." The buildings offer executive covered parking and high quality interior finishes. The park is within walking distance to the MBTA Red Line / Commuter Rail station, with easy highway access. Numerous restaurants, stores and hotels are nearby.
