McGowan of Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella earns LEED AP certification

Attorney John McGowan, an associate with Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella, PLLC recently achieved certification as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) through U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). He is one of first attorneys in New Hampshire to achieve this certification.  McGowan's certification reinforces the DT&C's commitment to assist its clients in responding to the evolving, numerous green building criteria arising at all levels of government.  The LEED Green Building Rating System, developed and administered by the USGBC, is the widely accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.  As a LEED AP, McGowan will help ensure that DTC can advise clients on the rapidly emerging incentive-based and mandatory regulatory requirements pertaining to green building and assist in evaluating and navigating the complex LEED certification process.
