McGovern of Residential Properties Ltd. sells 21.3 acres for $1.45 million

South Kingstown, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) negotiated the sale of 1 Camp Fuller Rd. for $1.45 million. RPL broker associate Galen McGovern represented the buyer as the selling agent in this transaction.

According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the highest vacant land sale in South Kingstown ever recorded.
