McDonald joins Partridge Snow & Hahn as an associate
Providence, RI According to Partridge Snow & Hahn (PS&H), Allison McDonald has joined the firm as an associate.
McDonald brings her experience to the real estate group at PS&H where she represents clients in commercial finance transactions, asset-based lending transactions, and traditional working capital and equipment loan facilities. She frequently counsels clients in commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions and construction projects. She also counsels business clients on general corporate matters, banking, financing, leasing and a variety of contractual matters.
McDonald received her undergraduate degree from Providence College, and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
