McCrory of Compass sells 67 Knight View Dr. for $1.095 million
West Greenwich, RI Compass brokered the sale of 67 Knight View Dr. for $1.095 million. Gretel McCrory of Compass represented the buyer.
Located on two acres, this newly built home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms across 5,800 s/f of living space on a cul-de-sac.
“I am honored to represent the buyers of this new construction home in West Greenwich,” said. “We were lucky enough to find this property, as new construction is extremely difficult to find these days, and secure it under contract within seven days of it being on the market!”
McCroy joined Compass in August 2023.
