McAleer and Huggins to manage Lila Delman's new Block Island office
Lila Delman Real Estate has opened its fifth office in the state, on Block Island, in the Victorian Figurehead Building on Water St.
The office will be managed by sales associates Kaylan McAleer and Don Huggins, and is within walking distance of the ferry. The office will be open year round.
The new location joins Delman offices in Narragansett, Newport, Jamestown, and Watch Hill.
"We are excited about offering our Block Island clients a local presence as well as the international reach of Lila Delman Real Estate", said John Hodnett, principal broker.
Block Island is located 13 miles off of the southern coast of Rhode Island and is known for its bicycling, hiking, sailing, fishing, and miles of free public beaches. The Nature Conservancy has added Block Island to its list of "The Last Great Places". The list consists of only 12 sites in the Western Hemisphere.
The Figurehead Building is a mixed-use structure built to historic standards and is one of the newer properties on Water St.
