MBREA hosts Breakfast with the Experts Aug. 20
Friday morning, August 20, the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA) held a Breakfast with the Experts meeting at the Sheraton Four points hotel in Norwood. The topic was the "Effect of Wind Turbines on Residential Value." Panelists included Stephen Dunn, RA and Carol Atkinson-Palombo Ph.D. of UCONN who conducted a study of the impact of wind turbines on residential values.The panel was moderated by and Shaun Fitzgerald RA.
