Barrington, MA Tom Boyle of the Hartford, CT office of Chozick Realty has completed the marketing and sale of the 66-unit Beechtree Commons Apartments for $7.95 million or $120,454 per unit.

“The apartments are located within walking distance to the town’s central business district and its shops, restaurants and businesses. Being in a historic area of the Berkshires, the property benefits from its natural surroundings while being convenient to employment and recreation making it especially in demand within the local rental market,” said Boyle.

Constructed in 1972 and updated over recent years, the property has remained at or close to 100% occupancy on a consistent basis. The apartment units mix is almost evenly divided between one and two bedrooms and situated on a 4.5-acre site.

The seller was a family office. The buyer is a regional owner of multifamily properties. Boyle represented the seller and procured the buyer.
