MB Management to provide services for 5 Weld residential properties
MB Management Co. has been selected by Weld Management Co. to provide property management services in support of five of its residential properties comprising 213 apartments and commercial space.
The properties include:
*Marian Gardens in Lynn, Mass., which includes 94 units for families assisted through the Section 8 program
*Roxbury Highlands located in Roxbury, consisting of 51 apartments for families assisted through the Section 8 program
*Rockdale Commons located in Northbridge, Mass., consisting of 40 units under the Section 8 program
*Weld Park, located in Roslindale, Mass., consisting of 14 units under the Section 8 program
*Washington Housing located in Taunton, Mass., consisting of 14 units for the elderly under the Section 8 program.
