Matthews Commercial Properties brokers sale of two retail properties for $2.723 million
While the residential market has seemed to slow down in the area, retail centers continue to sell.
Matthews Commercial Properties has finalized the sale of MidPoint Plaza, located at 1457 Meriden Rd. The fully leased, 14,000 s/f plaza is located on 5 acres of land on well traveled Meriden Rd. The property recently sold for $1.375 million to an out-of-state investor. Gerry Matthews brokered this transaction.
Matthews Commerical also completed the sale of Farmingbury Center, 11,724 s/f, fully leased, retail center located at 1585 Meriden Rd. Chuck Giorgio of Matthews Commercial brokered the sale of this plaza for $1.348 million to out-of-state investors.
