Margulies Perruzzi Architects providing services to Robinson & Cole and Gunderson Dettmer

Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA) is providing design and construction administration services to two national law firms, Robinson & Cole LLP and Gunderson Dettmer, both with locations in Boston. Robinson & Cole LLP MPA is currently working with Robinson & Cole LLP, a law firm with nine offices in the northeast, Florida, and California. MPA is conducting space programming and analysis of future real estate options for the firm's Boston office at One Boston Place. MPA has also been retained to design the interior fit-up for Robinson & Cole, for either a new location or renovations to the existing location. Gunderson Dettmer MPA is collaborating with California-based Rapt Studio on the design of Gunderson Dettmer's new Boston office at One Marina Park Dr. The space will be modeled after the firm's award winning offices in San Francisco's Bay Area. Rapt Studio will provide primary design for the project, with MPA serving as the architect of record. With its Boston expertise, MPA will collaborate with Rapt to ensure the Boston project exceeds the team's expectations. This is the second time in less than six months that Rapt Studio has chosen to work with MPA for one of its Boston projects. Gunderson Dettmer, with six offices in the U.S. and one in China, has become the nation's leading business law firm for entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and venture capitalists. With its relocation from Waltham to One Marina Park Dr. in Boston, the firm will soon be in proximity to many of its clients in Boston's Innovation District. Construction completion is expected in June 2014. MEP services will be provided by RDK Engineers. T3 Advisors is serving as project manager, and was also the broker for Gunderson Dettmer.
