Marcus & Millichap arranges sale of 57,840 s/f Life Storage facility
Merrimack, NH Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Life Storage, a 57,840 s/f self-storage facility at 4 Benning Ct.
Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Thomas Shihadeh, New Hampshire broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.
This new, class A facility opened in January 2022 and features 448 non-climate-controlled units totaling 57,840 net rentable s/f. The property is fully secured with keypad entry, 24-hour video surveillance, and an on-site professional management office.
