Marcus & Millichap arranges $409,000 sale of 24-unit apartment building

Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Monast Apartments, a 24-unit apartment property, according to Gary Lucas, regional manager of the firm's Boston office. The asset sold for $409,000. Mark Fruce IV, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Fruce IV. Jennifer Athas, broker, assisted in closing this transaction. Monast Apartments is located at 110 High St. It was built in 1919 and consists of twelve two-bedroom, one-bathroom units and twelve one-bedroom, one-bathroom units.
