* 200 Webster St. sold in October for $250,000. The 75,528 s/f mill building sits on a 1.03-acre site. The seller was Navigant Credit Union and the buyers were Duquette and Rodriguez.
* 624 Woonasquatucket Ave. in North Providence sold as a lease option on November 1 for $250,000. The 27,000 s/f property was a former elementary school. Included in the sale was a single-family house and garages. The seller was St. Lawrence Church of Centerdale and the buyer was Pathfinder, LLC.
* 1000 Chapel View Blvd., Cranston was leased by Chapel View Associates to Steven Fazzini, DDS. Details are confidential.
* 2200 Warwick Ave., Warwick was leased in November. The 3,009 s/f free-standing building was leased for Heathersfield Associates to the Gold Loan Co.
* 21 Phenix Ave., Cranston was sold in August. This was a 1,100 s/f residence zoned commercial and in need of repair and renovation. The sale price was $75,000.
* 421 Lincoln Ave., Warwick was leased in October to Bobcat Corp. of R.I. The lessor was Cardi Corporation. This is a 16,000 s/f industrial building. The property will be used for sales and services.
