Marchewka and McKean of Kane lease 2,450 s/f
Dr. John Barrick of Seacoast Spine and Injury Care has leased 2,450 s/f of medical office space at Orchard Park, 875 Greenland Rd. The relocation to these new offices allows for expansion of services with larger office space and a more convenient location.
Robert Marchewka and Margot McKean of The Kane Co. listed the space and David Choate of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. procured the tenant.
