Marchetti of Link Commercial leases 8,500 s/f
Lori Marchetti of Link Commercial Properties, LLC leased 8,500 s/f of flex space at 380 Jefferson Blvd., unit C to Graphic Innovations. The length of the lease is for 5 years with three 5 year options to renew.
Greg Micalef of The Olympus Group represented the tenant.
