Mandarin Oriental Boston to convert 25 units in to condominiums - Conley of Otis & Ahearn has the exclusive listing

Twenty-five rentals at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boston will be converted to condominiums, and marketed for sale early in 2015. Jeannemarie Conley, senior vice president at Otis & Ahearn, has the exclusive listing to market and sell the condominiums. Conley will be directing the sales effort. The sales process and marketing materials are being finalized. As one of the city's most desirable addresses, these 1 and 2-bedroom condominiums will offer access to the services and amenities of the Mandarin Oriental hotel - from spa services, to cutting-edge cuisine, to 24-hour concierge service. Of the 25 properties, 19 are 2-bedrooms and 6 are 1/1+ bedrooms. Unit square footage ranges 930 to 1,625 s/f. There are also 10 affordable rental properties on site. The existing 10 affordable rental properties located within The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, will remain unchanged as affordable rental properties. "This is a unique opportunity and an ideal time in the market for new condominiums with a critically low level of inventory on the market in downtown Boston," said Kevin Ahearn, president of Otis & Ahearn.
