Malone Commercial Brokers has completed the following transactions: *1207 Forest Ave., Portland, restaurant building, sold to BVM Portland, LLC by Yue Holdings Inc. for $1.2 million. The deal, brokered by Joe Malone, CCIM, and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers, closed on March 19. The property is now available for a ground lease or building lease. Malone is the listing agent. * 17 Little Wing Ln., Gorham, 9,287 s/f warehouse/office on 1.95 acres was sold to 442 Ocean LLC by Little Wing LLC for $350,000. The deal, brokered by John Doyon, CCIM of Malone and Dale Holman of Keystone Real Estate, closed on March 31. * 23 Durham Rd., Freeport, 3 acres with 598 s/f building, sold to Twain Holdings LLC by Christopher Noetzel for $150,000. The deal, brokered by Mark Malone, CCIM, of Malone closed on April 4. * Hearst Properties Inc. leased 20,500 s/f of office space at 4 Ledgeview Dr., Westbrook. Admiralty Properties Inc. is the landlord. Doyon, and Steve Baumann of Compass Brokers handled the transaction. * Cashstar leased 21,550 s/f of office space at 25 Pearl St. from 25 Pearl MHR LLC. Joe Malone and Small and Tony McDonald of CBRE/The Boulos Co. handled the transaction. * Classic Poker Chips LLC has leased 5,000 s/f of warehouse and office space from JK Properties Inc. at 11A Gorham Industrial Parkway, Gorham. Doyon handled the transaction.
