Malone Commercial Brokers negotiate multiple leases and one sale transaction

Malone Commercial Brokers negotiated multiple leases and one sale in Portland. Hall Web Services has leased 4,800 s/f of office/storage space at 508 Riverside St. from 508 Riverside St LLC. David Caron of Malone and Lee Nelson of Fishman Realty completed the lease. Casco Bay Vending LLC has leased 2,000 s/f from CBRE/Boulos Property Management at 220 Industrial Way. Joe Malone, CCIM and Craig Young of CBRE/The Boulos Co. negotiated the deal. Stone Coast Holdings LLC has purchased the 3,355 s/f office building at 519 Ocean Ave. from 519 Ocean LLC for $325,000. Joe Malone, CCIM and Karen Rich of Cardente Real Estate completed the sale. Sally Van Snepson and Shelly Barnet have leased 257 s/f of office space. from Cowcatcher LLC at 222 Saint John St. Peter Harrington of Malone did the lease. Elite Airways LLC has leased 1,530 s/f of office space from Top of Exchange LLC at 97 Exchange St. Harrington of Malone and David Dow of Keller Williams brokered the lease. Max Harvey has leased 2,000 s/f from Joyce & John Carr at 235 Lewiston Rd., Topsham. Dan Catlin of Malone completed the transaction.
