Malone Comm'l. Brokers completes two leases totaling 4,975 s/f
VHGP Global Enterprises, Inc. has leased 2,625 s/f of retail space at 456 Payne Rd. Plaza from Pende Associates.
Mark Malone, CCIM, Malone Commercial Brokers, and Jeanne Joseph, Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate, completed the transaction.
Ride, Inc. has leased 2,350 s/f of space from 1037 Partners, Inc. at 1037 Forest Ave. Portland.
Malone and Justin LaMontagne, CBRE/The Boulos Co., completed the transaction.
