Mark Malone, CCIM, handled the transaction. * 568 US Rte. 1, Freeport Cuddledown leased 9,748 s/f of retail space at 568 US Rte. 1 from Flying Frog, LLC. Mark Malone and Jim Harnden of Ram Harnden brokered the lease. * 19 Industrial Park Rd., Saco Quality Floor Finishes leased 1,633 s/f of warehouse space at 19 Industrial Park Rd.
