Avison Young has brokered a 15,492 s/f office lease renewal at 293 Boston Post Rd. West. The Avison Young team led by principal Kevin Malloy represented the tenant, Concentric Energy Advisors, Inc. Tim Latham of the Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord,RFP Lincoln 293, LLC.
Concentric Energy Advisors is a leading management consulting and financial advisory firm focused on the North American energy industry. The company's headquarters have been in the area since 2002.

As part of the Boston Post Road Corporate Center located off I-495, the 178,697 s/f building features a multi-storey atrium, on-site cafeteria, a fitness center and daycare facilities. The lobby is scheduled to be renovated in October.
