CBRE/New England relocates Foxx Life Sciences to 6 Delaware Drive

CBRE/New England completed a new lease signing at 6 Delaware Dr. Foxx Life Sciences, a leader in filtration and fluid management products for research, biotech and pharmaceutical markets, signed a 18,302 s/f lease at the property. CBRE/NE's Chris Healey, associate in the firm's Manchester office, represented the tenant. "We are pleased to have facilitated this transaction on behalf of Foxx Life Sciences," said Healey. "We worked together closely to understand their specific needs and came up with a real estate solution that properly matched their situation. We wish Foxx Life Sciences well as they take on the next stage in their corporate growth." Constructed in 1987, 6 Delaware Dr. Crossing is a 20,700 s/f industrial/flex building. The property is accessible due to its location next to I-93 by the Mass.-NH border. Nearby amenities include The Mall at Rockingham Park. "With over 40% growth in 2013, we needed a new and much larger facility that was located in southern New Hampshire and had the ability to show well with biotech and pharma customers," said Thomas Taylor, president and CEO of Foxx Life Sciences. "CBRE/NE provided us with many opportunities and helped us with overall transition. They worked with us from start to finish and helped us establish a new, quality location at a reasonable price."
