Maine Realty Advisors brokers two sales: 1,534 office and 3-unit multifamily

Portland, ME Main Realty Advisors negotiated two sales and four leases in March.

• 312 Water St., Gardiner - a 1,534 s/f office building sold from Black Diamond Consultants to Jacob Waterman for $125,000. Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors facilitated the transaction which closed on March 10.

• 32 Wilson St., Portland - a 3-unit multifamily sold from 32 Wilson, LLC to JCWN, LLC for $1.35 million. Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors and Chuck Day of Porta and Co facilitated the transaction which closed March 18.

• VHM Group, Inc. leased 1,750 s/f of office space from SEKA Properties LLC. The property is located 106 Lafayette St., Suite 3F, Yarmouth. Frank Carr of Maine Realty Advisors helped facilitate the deal which closed on March 1.

• Mullen’s Driving School has leased 872 s/f of retail space from Zenith Investment Group. The property is located at 126 Main St., Topsham. Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors helped facilitate the deal which closed on March 7.

• Whittemore Realty Group leased 1,000 s/f of retail space from 3 Labs LLC. The property is located at 72 Main St., Livermore Falls. Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors helped facilitate the deal, which closed March 11.

• Dynamics 2K leased 30,533 s/f of industrial space from F-Pak ME LLC. The property is located at 777 Main St., Suite 2, Lewiston. Frank Carr of Maine Realty Advisors facilitated the crypto based transaction which closed on March 15.
