Mace of KeyPoint Partners leases 42,997 s/f to Funcity

New Bedford, MA KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated a lease with Funcity at King’s Plaza, a retail center.  KPP vice president of leasing, Don Mace negotiated the lease

Funcity, operator of premium indoor trampoline entertainment parks under the names Funcity, FunZ,  and Aero Trampoline, plans to open the 42,997 s/f facility at the property in January of 2020. King’s Plaza is a 168,243 s/f center on King’s Highway, adjacent to Fieldstone Marketplace.

“Funcity is rapidly expanding throughout the Northeast quadrant. We’re looking to have 18 locations secured by the end of 2019,” said Mace. “Our client prefers acquisition but will also lease vacant boxes of 30,000 s/f or larger. Several other transactions are pending, and expansion is underway in N.Y., Penn., N.J., and Ohio. All submitted sites will be considered.”
