Mace of KeyPoint Partners leases 13,585 s/f to ULTA Beauty

ULTA Beauty will open a store at The Crossings at Fox Run, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of KeyPoint Partners, LLC. KeyPoint manages and leases the center. Don Mace, vice president of leasing, negotiated the lease transaction. ULTA will occupy a 13,585 s/f space at The Crossings between Kitchen & Company and Old Navy. The opening is planned for this fall. The 475,000 s/f Crossings at Fox Run is adjacent to the Fox Run Mall at the center of the Newington/Portsmouth retail market. Tenants at the Crossings include Kohl's, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Staples, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, Michael's, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cold Stone Creamery, and a new Trader Joe's which will open on September 7, among many others. The Crossings also features a 15-screen, stadium seating, surround-sound Regal Cinema. "Ulta is an excellent addition to the mix of merchants at The Crossings at Fox Run, and is expected to generate strong foot traffic at the center," Mace said.
