Mabbett & Associates promotes four to section leaders

Mabbett & Associates, Inc. (Mabbett) has promoted Christine Bonica, Jody Freitas, Andrew Glucksman, Michael Larimore and Christopher Mabbett to section leaders. "I am honored to announce the promotion of the following key individuals to section leaders within their respective groups," said Arthur Mabbett, president. "Each individual has demonstrated the dedication, experience and expertise needed to effectively contribute to the success of the firm. I am confident that with their assistance the firm will continue to provide exceptional client service, grow its client base and provide additional opportunities for their individual advancement." Christine Bonica, TURP, section leader, environmental compliance - As a Toxic Use Reduction Planner, Christine manages and leads the Environmental Compliance Section at Mabbett. She has 14 years of experience providing technical consulting; review and reporting; compliance program development; and auditing for a broad base of clients. Bonica has a BS in Chemical Engineering from UMASS Lowell. Jody Freitas, section leader, regulated building materials - Freitasis an AHERA licensed Asbestos Management Planner and Inspector in multiple states. With 11 years of experience, Freitas leads the Regulated Building Materials Section at Mabbett and provides inspection, management and abatement consulting services to a variety of clients. Freitas has an MS in Civil Engineering from UMASS Lowell and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Andrew Glucksman, LEED AP, section leader, natural resources/planning - As a LEED AP, Andrew leads the Natural Resources/Planning Section activities at Mabbett. He specializes in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) services. Andrew has an MS in Soil Microbiology from Clemson University and a BS in Soil Science from the University of Rhode Island. Glucksman brings 13 years of experience to Mabbett and is responsible for project management and technical project completion. Michael Larimore, PE, CPESC, section leader, civil and environmental engineering - As a Professional Engineer, Larimore leads the civil and environmental engineering section's activities at Mabbett. He has an MS in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from Tufts University and a BS in Civil Engineering from UMASS Amherst. Larimore brings 13+ years of engineering experience to Mabbett. He provides project management, client relationship management, and technical project completion on a wide range of environmental engineering projects. Christopher Mabbett, CPG, PG, PMP, section leader, feosciences - As a Certified Professional Geologist and Professional Geologist, Mabbett leads the geosciences section's activities for the firm, including client relationship management, project management and technical project completion in the area of site assessment and remediation. Mabbett holds an MS in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University and a BS in Geology from Bates College. Mabbett brings 11+ years experience to Mabbett. Mabbett provides integrated multi-disciplinary environmental, health and safety and sustainability-energy consulting and engineering services. For over 33 years, Mabbett has delivered value-added professional services to industry, commercial enterprise and Federal, state and local agencies. Mabbett is a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE), verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Bedford, MA with regional offices in Providence, RI; Alexandria, VA and Paramus, NJ.
