Lyman Real Estate represents buyer in two purchases

Guilford, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, Lyman Real Estate CEO, Retina Group of New England has purchased two properties: 5 Durham Rd. in Guilford, and 174 Cross Rd. in Waterford. 

The buyer for both properties was Dr. Nauman Chaudhry ENGR Realty Group, LLC, DBA Retina Group of New England. The seller was CT Center for Plastic Surgery Operating Suite, LLC, represented by Richard Guralnick of OR&L Commercial. Lyman was buyer’s agent for the Waterford property, sold by Waterford Realty, LLC, represented by John Jensen of Pequot Commercial and Philip Gagnon of Colliers International.

The retinal specialists will move their Branford facility to Guilford in the June-July timeframe, and their New London location to Waterford in the August-September period. They also have an office in Norwich.
