Luers of Tamposi-Nash R.E. sells 35,000 s/f Avery Furniture building to Harbor Homes

William Luers, president of the Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group, Inc. has represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of 59 Factory St. The 35,000 s/f former furniture store located in downtown was purchased for $1.35 million by Harbor Homes, Inc., which has begun the re-construction of the building into temporary housing for homeless veterans. The seller was Avery Furniture, a long-time fixture in the city, whose owner had decided to retire from the retail sales business.
