Luca joins RPL-Commercial as broker associate

Joseph Luca has joined RPL-Commercial, a division of Residential Properties Ltd., as a broker associate. Luca received his real estate license in Massachusetts in 1992 and started at Fidelity Partners. He specializes in commercial real estate, investment properties, and business sales. His most recent experience comes from Luca Commercial, which he started in 2005. He is an active member of the board of directors for the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors. He also serves the Northern RI Board as chairman of RPAC, member of the Program Committee and treasurer. Luca received his Bachelors degree from Boston University. Holly Applegate, manager of the Cumberland office said, "Our company is excited to have Joe join us. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the commercial side of the real estate business and that will help us expand our reach with our RPL-Commercial division. With the success we are having in the Providence area in commercial, Joe's contacts there and in northern RI will add to our critical mass in that field."
