Lowenberg joins National Development as senior vice president
Newton, MA Jeff Lowenberg has joined National Development as senior vice president, development. Lowenberg brings 20 years of real estate development experience on large-scale urban mixed-use projects. At National Development, he will manage site selection, feasibility and pro forma analysis, design, permitting and construction for several major projects.
Prior to joining National Development, Lowenberg led development efforts for GID Development Group on several projects in Seattle and Atlanta totaling over $2 billion. He has also served as vice president-development for Boston Properties.
“We are very excited to add Jeff to the National Development team,” said Ted Tye, managing partner at National Development. “With many large, complex urban projects in our pipeline, Jeff’s experience and expertise will help the firm bring these projects to fruition.”
Jeff received a bachelor’s degree from Humboldt State University and an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He participates in many industry organizations including the United Way, NAIOP, Urban Land Institute, and International Council of Shopping Centers.
